Captain Tony Bailey serves as the commanding officer for the Administrative Services Division, which encompasses the Office of Training and Personnel, the Office of Community Affairs, Records, Information Technology, and the Acworth Detention Center.


Captain Bailey is an honor graduate from Mountain State University and holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership and Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Criminal Justice. He is also a graduate of the Professional Management Program through the Georgia Law Enforcement Command College at Columbus State University.
