DANCE RESOLUTION CLASSES

Easy East Coast Swing (Ages 10+)
Ever wished you could lead and follow a few easy but cool high energy dance moves with and without a partner?  This class will teach a foundation for many popular classics, such as Carolina Shag, Chicago Step, Salsa, Blues Dance, Hustle, Country Swing, Jive, Jitterbug, Lindy, Cajun Jig, Polka, and more!

Latin Fusion (Ages 10+)
The Acworth Parks and Recreation Department is excited to offer Latin Fusion, taught by Dance Resolution Coach Gabi!  Participants will learn 2 dances per class, with an emphasis on Salsa and an intro to Bachata Basic Step.

Something for everyone! This multiple-genre line dancing class is fun for fitness and friendship. Zumba Fitness (Ages 16+) TWO DAYS AVAILABLE

Zumba fitness combines high-energy Latin music and international rhythms with unique and easy to follow moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. This effective, exhilarating and calorie-burning program features exotic rhythms such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, samba and more! You'll not only have a great time, but you'll experience a great workout as well! All fitness and skill levels are welcome. There is no other fitness class like the Zumba Fitness party - join us, and see for yourself!

Zumba Gold
Active older adults and beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Zumba Gold focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Island Step Aerobics (Ages 16+)
Join VROK Fitness for an uptempo workout with an island flare. Get the heart pumping and burn calories while having fun!  Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. Beginner Yoga with Leah
Join Leah from Yoga del Soul as fundamental principles of alignment and breath work are introduced in this beginner yoga class.
