Mayor Tommy presented Brad Wilson, Power Department Grounds Workers with a certificate for his heroic lifesaving actions during his normal morning activities at the gym. Brad's immediate response to perform CPR resulted in saving an individual's life. Brad serves as a perfect example of the exemplary leadership and determination to serve others that we value in our city employees.
